The modern day ghost town of Chadbourn, North Carolina. The downtown area has been almost completely abandoned with most of the population living around the outskirts. Many of the buildings downtown have either been demolished or have simply collapsed due to neglect. For example, this building, which is along East Railroad Ave, was just one of a whole row of buildings that lined the street.
