zelda: well i hope you’re right baby

tyler: mom!! can we get some ice cream?

zelda: ice cream? in this weather? absolutely not ty, do you want to freeze?

tyler: awww c’mon pleasee? dad??

holden: ty, mom already said no. and she’s right, it’s too cold outside for ice cream.. *looks at zelda* but maybe we can pick up a carton on the way home?

zelda: *rolls eyes*

chai: mommy, can we get some hot chocolate on the way home too? *smiles sweetly*

tyler: ooh yeah! hot chocolate with marshmallows?

chai: *nods excitedly*

zelda: okay, okay. so that’s hot chocolate, marshmallows.. and a tub of ice cream *looks at holden* you’re lucky i love you
