How come we don't see you here often? I can't speak for everybody, but I'm certain a majority of us understand the things that go on in your life, just wanting to ask in general for those who don't and if it entices you to share.

Hello! I’ve been really busy with a lot of real life stuff; sorry for just disappearing for sure. I graduated college and then proceeded to begin work in real estate, but have had to stop everything to help my mom get well after she fell fairly ill after a run-in with some serious mold. Things are on the up-and-up, but it’s definitely a full-time job making sure things stay that way.

I’m fairly active on twitter if you’re looking for semi-frequent updates on me and my life! I also post art, retweet fresh memes, and occasionally tweet things to make one think. If you’re interested, here it is. Tumblr is just not as friendly for me to use, so it’s really fallen by the wayside, aha.

To everyone worrying about us in the hurricane: thank you so much for your concern, you’re all super sweet! We drove westward to my grandma’s house for the weekend to wait out the storm, so we’re safe and sound. o wo9 <3

I am! I've got pokemon in the ~500 cp mark. It's been a lot of fun! Amber and I have been playing together o wo!

Hihihi! I’m sorry that me disappearing is such a common trend! I’ve had a lot going on, as per usual, aha; and it’s really been crazy for me to try to keep up to speed with everything but I gotta start somewhere!

A small list of things that have happened in the last month or so:

My mom finally made the move to get divorced from my abusive step-father, and we’ve been fighting hard to get out of his vicious grasp

Amber’s been here for the last 40 days, and is still here!! 

Amber and I have traveled the US with my mom for her work

We took a break to go see Blaine and Rhys for a week, which resulted in us going to New York (where we saw Wicked) and going to Cape Cod (as Blaine and Rhys were so generous to allow us to stay with them during their trip)

All in all, Amber and I have traveled from Florida to New Jersey to New York to Connecticut to Cape Cod, back through to New Jersey, and are now in Michigan with mom for her work

All of this was done by car

So I’ve been good, there have been some rough patches and stress has been high at times, but all-in-all I can’t complain; I’ve got my bae’s head in my lap and she’s been here and we’ve been making the best of it, and I can’t complain about any time when I’ve got her by my side, heh. 

But yeah, there’s a super tiny glimpse into our crazy lives. Things should be on the up-and-up now that we’re getting away from the crazy psychopathy of my step-father. And I get to go home with Amber to England for a week to meet her folks whenever she ends up going home, so I’m excited for that! We also got a chance to play Birthright through completion, and when we get to it, we’ll tackle the other two games in the Fates series. As well, I’ve got my eyes on my sketchbook, and I’m determined to break into drawing again asap
