Story -> A man who yearns for power and control. For what is power but not the decision as to who eats and who starves? The only true way for it to be obtained is to be the most dangerous man around. Though, sometimes at night, even Swerve is concerned by how deep he will sink and how far he'll drag people down with him. Even those that once sat in complacent happiness, have been brought down to the lowest point and been made better by it. By him. He can't lie, there's a twisted connection made by the blood and flames. The chains he placed around a man's neck serves both as a collar and as warning to others. Now though, that chain is severed. In a new place, he has to find his footing once again, and claw his way back to power and control.
