I know it's a bit early for #chaipakodaday , but had to post when this experimental trial run totally exceeded my expectations. Which is why I don't have all the suitable pairings like a spicy #mole side for the photo opp. #poblanopeppers cut into rings , dipped into a cornmeal batter spiced with #mexicanoregano , smoked #anchochile powder and some #taco seasoning. Fried and served with a #jugaad stand in for a salsa! ( which wasn't bad btw, @rick_bayless @fronterafoods taco sauce) #vegan
