Janeway. She's had a busy day but Chakotay doesn't mind. He likes being used as a pillow for her to nap on and wouldn't dare wake her up.

Whenever Janeway's morals get a bit skewed is when Chakotay speaks his mind, that's what leads to their most heated arguments.
