I present to you the finished

✨️Chalkmeleon✨️

This Chalkmeleon is a fun Chalkbag.

I finally finished the inner bag, which holds the chalk for climbing.

The belly is big enough to fit a smartphone comfortably inside.

Other features for the Chalkbag are a belly pocket for a little brush, a zipper for better access during refill and a pull string to close the inner bag for transport.

The pattern is not mine, I bought it on etsy.

It looks a little sad without legs, but the neon pink zipper is an eye-catcher! 😁

I sewed the zipper onto the body and head, now you can either grab the chalk trough the mouth or you can zip off the head to have a bigger opening.

The backspikes are also attached.

The remaining things to do are:

Attach legs

Attach the little pocket /belly spot

Make the inner fleece lining

Attach said inner lining

Include pull-cord

Crochet loop for carabiner
