Challenge 87: Demand Zero: Imagine A Fantastic World I really wanted to choose something political this time because of all the happenings in the world currently, and I think a large majority of people can agree that nuclear weapon hoarding is a terrifying concept. I had some fun doing a retro-ad style of lettering for this one, and can’t wait to submit them to the Creative Action Network website! Caitlin
Challenge 87: Demand Zero: Multi-Headed Beast
Went with a metaphor for this one. We all share the same planet, but there are competing perspectives and motives that prevent us from being a healthy, happy, and unified species.
I realize this doesn’t initially come across as a ‘positive’ message... but its in there. If all of the heads work together as one, the problem can be solved.

Challenge 87: Demand Zero!: Aim for Zero
The fact that mankind possesses so many weapons of mass destruction that could easily destroy the world is mind-boggling in the very worst way. My poster design emphasizes that feeling of the earth being a vulnerable target. We should all be in this together, demanding a safer future for our planet and all its inhabitants. Thanks for having me back, Square Carousel! -Sayada
Challenge 87: Demand Zero: Retro Action With all of the crazy political events happening all around the world, it’s been increasingly important to voice what is important and stand for what is right. Our Demand Zero challenge couldn’t have come at a better time. Drawing inspiration from retro-style posters, I made this piece that’s ready to submit to the Creative Action Network website! —Casey
Challenge 87: Demand Zero!: DEFCON Zero
Hello again! Here’s my design for Demand Zero. With everything that’s been happening around the world, and especially within the US government, I’d say the planet and all of its inhabitants would be much safer and much less anxious without the threat of nuclear war. Mutually assured destruction is something I’d rather not have looming overhead, so I’m happy to submit this in hopes that it’s seen by someone with the power to reduce the stockpile.
Thanks for having me back again!

Challenge 87: Demand Zero: A World Without Nuclear Weapons
A world without nuclear weapons is a safer future. The threat of a nuclear strike let alone a war is a horrifying reality. Demand that we move away from that reality.

Challenge 87: Demand Zero: Vote Zero Floral
I really thought the idea of eliminating nuclear weapons boiled down to saving the earth. What better representation of earth is there than plants?
