winter in California means oranges, and lots of ‘em! i love walking through groves of pristinely manicured rows & rows of trees, but what i love even more is driving by thinly pruned ones, where you receive a mesmerizing visual show of innumerable rows of straight & diagonal lines playing tricks on your eyes as they flick by, crossing & crisscrossing, then revealing lineal tunnels of branches…
