Chamorro Grill is a family owned restaurant in Grantville. They serve a delicious plate of Kalua Pork, with scoops of rice (either red or white), and a scoop macaroni. Two scoops of rice is too much. One scoop of macaroni is too little. Compromise is to sub one for the other. We learned this is not always approved here and you have to ask the right person. Luckily tonight we asked the right person! This dish brings me back to Hawaii every time! Love it! Very filling and just full of great flavors!
