This may be one of my proudest moments announcing a champion of the month. The Homie and good friend Rich! Rich is one of the clients that has been with me throughout my entire journey. Of all my clients I think I’ve trained him in the most places including taking a 50min drive to his house in Hewitt, NJ to train not only him but his entire family on occasions. I can honesty say he is not only one of my closest clients but one of my closest friends as well. You have pushed through every limit you ever thought you had. Hitting your first clean push up then after a year of trying hitting your first pull up to now having one of the biggest guys in the gym as your lifting partner. Proud is not an accurate enough word for me to describe how I feel about all of your accomplishments. Thank you for allowing me to guide you in your fitness journey.
