So I disappeared for a while...
Yeah so it's been a while.
So life kinda punched me in the throat and kicked me in the teeth at the same time and I completely forgot about Chance, my MariKim draft, and the Ladynette fic. Forgot I had tumblr tbh...
Every time I checked my email like twice a month I would see notifs from Chance AO3 and I wanted to work on it but I was/am(?) Way too busy...
Hehe, 2020 amiright ;) *90s sitcom laughtrack* ....I am so sorry I left you guys hanging with chapter 5 for so long.
To keep the sob story as short and flippant as possible; my aunt died of cancer, my mom went across the country just before my auny died to see her and then attend the funeral, and I had to watch over my younger siblings for the whole time with minimal breaks because my older brother Does Not do well with them and is still in school. I cooked roughly half of the meals during that period, but a bunch of physical and mental health complications arose at the same time and I could barely function so I alternaed between suffering in the kitchen and just sitting on the sofa and trying to keep everyone happy without moving.
It's better than the last apartment though hahah..
So all that to say: I am... Almost kinda maybe sort of back? Mom got home yesterday and I haven't eaten in roughly 18 hours so I'm not entirely sure if I can just... Stop. (Probably not bc Mom is supposed to be taking it easy bc her sister just died and yet she's making food and stuff) but in my breaks I'll work on more personal stuff that I dont wanna get into, Chance, the MariKim fic, Ladynette crack, and attempt to be more active.
I'm not sure how many people are gonna read this but I'll post a semi-update on the next chapter of Chance. Sorry to take up your time I hope you understand.
