Is it safe for Tornado to be with Great Northern, or do they only get strictly supervised visits? Like, are other mimics safe from ferals, or are they in as much danger as humans would be?

Usually, it wouldn't be safe for other mimics to be near ferals, since they will attack anything. But Great Northern is a bit of a special case since he displays occasional lucidity and sees Tornado as his cub.

Tornado is fine near him. In fact, her being with him makes him calmer.

Just trust Mr. Peppercorn, he knows what he's doing. He keeps a close eye on them both while looking into how to undo Thompson's mistake. He's hopeful that since Great Northern is capable of caring for a cub, he might recognize family.

He just needs to make the right preparations to test that theory...

It does, especially post-covid.

It takes ages for me to recover from a cough nowadays, and on top of that my throat's started doing something very bizarre whenever I swallow, so I'm living with a constant 90% chance of throwing up even if it's just because I accidentally swallowed some air...

I hope this improves by Christmas because I'm not in the mood to be sick for the holidays... Got too much to do.

Yes, she's being a little difficult which means she feels well enough to be her true gremlin self. That said I think she's discovered the appeal of the crate. She cuts the 10 minutes to walk around and stretch her paws short just to snuggle up under the blankets in the crate...

She doesn't have to deal with Bibi's attitude in there.

'Arry and Bert are Almond and Butter while Bill and Ben are Reef and Beef (another term for Surf and Turf).

I tried various other combinations for the China Clay Twins but none of them felt like they went together quite as well. They're not the only ones that break the naming convention of alliteration (Duck is straight up just called Goose and BoCo is CoCoa), but it still very much feels like it suits them.

Sets of twins always need to have names that sort of slot together.

It honestly depends on face availability, I'm just moving about collecting random engine faces people decide to drop into google drives and toss out into the world for free, so it's never a real guarantee who I manage to do or not...

If I could find an Emily face it'd be fun to try assigning her an animal!
