Heather is reunited with Cat and the bomb goes off. She tells Catherine that Vincent was still inside the cage.

Season 2: Cold Case

Heather is once again disappointed in Cat’s standoffishness and subterfuge and when she finds out that Catherine is still involved with Vincent, Heather walks off .... all the way to the coffee shop and Catherine follows after her. Cat asks Heather how she found her. The answer is: she cracked the password of her “Find your Phone”, i.e MILO. So, we learn that the Chandler sisters first pet was a cat and his name was Milo! Heather claims to just want the truth, but, alas, she can’t handle the truth. Cat was explaining this whole absurd seeming story in the sweetest, most genuine way  and you could feel how much she loves Vincent from how she described things to Heather. Heather has some exciting news, but because Catherine has other things to deal with at the moment Catherine doesn't seem to be able to make time for Heather. Cat fakes a story about getting her laundry from the roof  and she actually picks up a laundry basket and goes up to the roof. Heather conspicuously twists a sparkler around her left fourth finger.

Season 2: Cold Case

The Chandler sisters have a nice heart to heart. Heather realizes two very important things. First, Cat’s secret was huge and it is pretty understandable that she was reluctant to share it. Second, Cat actually told the truth at first, after her mother died. She said she was saved by a beast and everyone thought she was crazy. Heather absorbs and appreciates all the implications of what she’s learned: nobody believed Cat all those years ago when she claimed to be saved by a beast, that Vincent was a beast, that Vincent was innocent, that he was the victim of a military experiment.I think Heather fools us with her bubbly personality. I think she is a smart girl, who offers great insight once in a while.

After losing the tail by breaking every traffic rule there is, Catherine arrives at her apartment. She frantically fishes for a new burner phone and… discovers that Heather is there. Heather makes a surprising entrance, totally shocking Catherine, as if oldest sister didn’t have enough on her plate already.

Downstairs, Heather decides to catch up with some local news and realizes her sister’s ex is a wanted criminal. Cat has to pretend she hasn't been seeing Vincent this whole time.🤥
