Kuwait Makeup shopping has just gotten easier. Spring is right around the corner and so are the new makeup launches in Kuwait. It is that time of the year to get a fresh start from all the winter/holiday looks. Yesterday I took a stroll to the mall to see what all new collections have launched in Kuwait by now; surprisingly a lot has been released this month before their estimated date of release.
