It’s been almost a year without Count updates 🥺 I hope everything is going well 🙏 love you 💕

Hey friend! Everything is going well here. My meds have been working, which is a bloody miracle in and of itself. I've been keeping busy learning new things and enjoying the real world rather than rotting in the void inside my head.

I haven't forgotten about Count, or writing for that matter. I still have Part 9 partially completed. I just haven't been glued to my phone like I was when my head wasn't screwed on straight.

I will come back with updates eventually. I just don't know when exactly that will be. Life is short, happiness is fleeting, and the sunshine just feels too good to step out of right now.

Hey all, update time again. I'm still here-ish. I've had an incredibly terrible week and just popped in to check messages and all that jazz. I want to get back to writing still... I just haven't had it in me yet.

My little demon kitty left me unexpectedly yesterday, and I'm still trying to process the loss.

Sorry for being absent as of late. I've been living my best life and enjoying the metaphorical sunshine while I can since my crazy brain has actually been cooperating lately. Because of that, I haven't been writing much and have been instead acting out some of my most lecherous work in real life 🙃. It's only giving me more ideas for Count.

But I'm still here! I'll have updates eventually, I promise. Thank you for sticking with me through the quiet period. Love you all!

Gasp, an update?!

Chan is still alive! Life, as usual, has been bananas, but I've finally gotten my head screwed on straight and survived the shittiest part of winter without melting into a puddle of depressed goo.

That said! I have not abandoned my writing projects. Plot is still knocking around and causing chaos in my head. I just need to rip off the bandaid and start writing again.

I have admittedly gotten a little mushy in my real and fantasy life -- opting for some more fluff and collars than the outright whips-and-chains-masochism I've become known for, so I might lean on that first to see if I can get the writing juices going.

What are some real life things to have been exciting you lately? I am glad to hear you sound happy. :)

This may be sliiiiiightly oversharing, but I've had the amazing privilege of indulging my crazy kinks to the point that reality is better than fantasy, so I haven't been as inclined to write about them. Seriously, have open conversations with your partner(s) about the things that make you flustered and squeaky. I finally ripped off the bandaid and admitted out loud what happens in my daydreams... and hoooooboy. What a difference that made.

On top of that, I've been feeling more human on this new cocktail of meds, so I actually leave the house now without being dragged. I got my motorcycle endorsement and have been thoroughly enjoying 40mph feeling crazy fast. Your whole perception of speed changes so much when there's no metal box between you and the outside world. It's awesome.

So yeah, things have been going well. ❤️

I just saw this movie called Clifford the Big Red Dog and I loved it so much. It’s about this girl finding a little puppy that’s red in color from a magical guy who owns an animal shelter tent and it’s because of her love the dog grows up to be the size of a literal tree in a day. There’s all sorts of chaos caused for the dog, they get into problems with the police, an evil organization that wants to use the dog for their own benefit and stuff. How would yanderes Itachi, Pein and Konan(poly) react to the reader having such a giant dog like this and getting into all sorts of dangerous and crazy adventures?

Hey anon -- while I love all things dog, requests are closed. I'm still on hiatus and not taking any new requests right now. My inbox is overflowing, and I've honestly been too busy smelling the proverbial roses to write for the last month.

I am, however, going to use this as a little status update.

Chan is doing well and actually smiling again. The sun has come out. I can finally fucking breathe.

Still not totally back, but I am working on a thing. A probably much-anticipated thing. I'm about halfway through writing it and have a ways to go yet between finishing and editing, but I just wanted to drop a little something and let you all know I'm slowly crawling out of my hole in the ground.

"Wanna make this fun?" He growled with a wolfish grin.

"Aren't we having fun already?" You breathed giddily.

Hidan's voice hummed lowly against your temple as his grip on your hair tightened and that wicked smile widened. "Remember that little game of cat and mouse we played in the woods way back when?"

You swallowed hard. Of course you remembered.

"I'm in a mood and want to play that game again. Run."

Hello winter, my old nemesis. The sunshine is gone and took all of my joy with it. Back to sleeping 16 hours a day, dreaming of a different life. I knew the summer was too good to be true. The familiar, suffocating wrap of the cold, dark cloud that is depression is creeping in around me again. I can feel it breathing down the back of my neck, whispering its siren song of nihilistic melancholy in my ear.

There is no point, to anything, my dear.
