I'm going through my phone folder and found these photos from two years ago. We were cleaning things and husband found one of his old McDonald's Changeables from 1987. Would be cool if the others were around too.

Starting January 27th, McDonald's is bringing back the Changeables! Food and restaurant equipment that turn into robots and dinosaurs! Do you know how much mileage play-wise I could've got out of a soda machine that turns into a robot as a kid? Probably a lot.

A robot that turns into a McDonald's Trick-or-Treat bucket and it's a ghost? Hats off to the mad lad who came up with this. Boo Bot is going to have the best lore of anyone in the set.

The McDonald's grill turns into a dinosaur names KURTIS THE DIVINE. KURTIS. THE. DIVINE. If that's not enough, the promotional poster shows him breathing honest-to-goodness fire...

If I was sold on this before, I'm mega-sold now. Kurtis is the Optimus Prime of the Changeables and it's not even close. Do you think PteraBAGdyl is going to take this guy in a fight? In his dreams, maybe.
