Everything is up in the air and we won't know anything until we see it, but what changes you guess they will make to the Bridgertons stories going onward?

Oh I can't list everything right now so let's just start with my top 5 changes that I would love to see in the show

1) Marinas death: I would honestly love for the tragedy of her death to be treated as something serious and showed things from Marina's point of view not so much Phillips as it was in the books when she went into the lake. I really I would like Marina's death to the either by an accident or by an illness weep in the countryside because I can't see show Marina taking a permanent swim in the lake and just giving up on life

2) Benedict's entitlement: I know it's a big point in the books that he's supposed to be pushy and uncaring about what Sophie is going through, as an illegitimate child. until she makes him see it from her point of view but I would really like in the show to have Benedict's entitlement with Sophie not be inherently about pressuring into the most comfortable regency version of sex work. but rather Sophie misunderstanding it that way. And Benedict's pushiness being more of the 'entitled boss who thinks he knows better- helpless employee' kind of grating. Sophie not accepting his charity or letting him give her handouts and completely misunderstanding that he wants her to be his mistress AKA he is setting her up in his house to be the maid of his sisters, he's giving her money, he's giving her clothes, and she completely misunderstands that he has impure intentions, and doesn't want a nobleman to promise her a better life away from her abusers when she doesn't know what he wants in exchange. Benedict being clueless about this and trying to help a working class girl, in all the wrong ways would make more sense in the show because he didn't seem to understand that with Genevieve either

3) give Michael Sterling a proper backstory on the reasons why he's a rake the way they did with Simon please.

4) oh I would love to see Hyacinth and Garrett meet sooner it would be comedy gold for lady Danbury grandson and teenage Hyacinth she just have their own high School puppy love kind of romance. Since IIHK was my least favorite book

5) the most likely change that I can see would be for a copycat lady Whistledown to emerge after Penelope is revealed and retired. Just to keep up with the little gossip girl in regency England kind of vibe Bridgerton has going on

Overall the people in Netflix are crazy but it's a crazy fun to watch so that's the tea
