As soon as you see a watermark on anything you should check the fansite, or if you can't the proper site, assume that it's not allowed (this isn't directed to you only)

I don’t make gifs from vid that’s stated clearly as ‘do not gif’ only, and that’s why I deleted that post because I already searched about that certain vid’s rule. However, it doesn’t mean I will stop editing and gif stuff that are editable(which means it’s not stated as ‘do not edit or gif-ing’), people on tumblr neither.
