Started the day at #Disneyland. Then off to the #Pasadena #Library to hear the #ScottishFiddlers of #LosAngeles. Took our little rambler for her first hike in the Angeles National Forest. She slept the whole way in her sling, waking up to eat when we arrived at the waterfall.  It’s a fairly short easy hike, perfect to start easing my body back into an exercise routine.  It’s beautifully shaded and pleasant even on a hot day, but the flies were pretty bad, swarming constantly around my face.  I love this sign, it’s such a perfect reminder of the cycle of life and I thought it was especially fitting next to my newborn baby.
