Reblogged this also but ; on Pandorym. Does Pandorym have an explicit ability allowing him to spend more Power Points than his Manifester Level? If not, the shard's limit is 25 PP TOTAL to a single power. That's how PSionics work ; your manifester level (Caster level) is your PP spending limit to a power, including the power's base cost.

Oooooh, see I didn’t know that. I never did take as close a look at 3.5′s psionic rules as I should have. That makes sense.

Still, though, that’s the potential to snuff out anyone up to 340 hitpoints with no save. Hopefully, all the squishies will have immunity to Death.

Were you aware that adamantine only bypasses hardness 20? So if someones armor is ENCHANTED adamatnine, the UNSTOPPABLE PUNCHING MACHIEN will not bypass the hardness of said armor! (Enchanting equipment makes its hardness higher).

Somewhat relevant, yes, given adamantine has absurd amounts of HP on top of its incredible hardness. However, in any case, a single critical hit from an Unstoppable Punching Machine's Adamantine Fist will often do enough damage to destroy even enchanted equipment with frustrating ease; the average damage roll for the UPM is somewhere around 45 or 50, which is doubled by a crit to 90 or 100--usually more than enough to shatter anything except fully enchanted platemail even through 25~30 hardness. It'd have to be Impervious on top of being fully enchanted to even have a chance to survive a lucky critical.
