The Buzz That Wouldn’t Fade

The buzzing in my ears wouldn’t stop. An invisible hum that grew louder with every step. It wasn’t just noise, it was the sound of everything I’ve been avoiding. Each buzz sparked a memory, a fear, a thought I hadn’t dared to face. My mind flooded, thoughts crashing like waves in a storm. I kept running, hoping the wind in my face would drown it out. But it stayed. Persistent. Relentless. Maybe it’s not meant to fade. Maybe I just need to keep running until I understand it.
