I'm happy to hear that the newest installment of the Bluebells saga and get to revisit all of the characters again! Just finished it and got some questions to ask for the characters. What did Nidoking do to get so many lords and ladies not liking him? He might be neutral with Tsareena but she really dug into him there and didn't respect him all that much in the beginning. From the flashback with Rhydon, it looks like he had a habit of saying the wrong things.

How are Samurott and Typhlosion doing after the events of Melting Gelid Roses? I always looked forward in seeing those two coming up and hope to see if they resolve their problem sometime in the future. With this third story being romance bases, I'm wishing to see volcanic shipping happen.

Liligant deserves the world and chapter 26 just made feel so sad for her despite how understanding she was of the current circumstances. I noticed that Samurott faces that quite a few times from the other knights and how a foreigner is among their ranks now. So I should probably ask a question now. How do Typhlosion and Samurott react to be given gifts? Proceeds to drown Typhlosion in owl feathers and daffodils, so that he joins the Golden Deer House. Also Samurott for max trust.
Yeah, poor Lilligant is so nice but didn’t get the girl. But, she at least handled it with grace, and she has a good friend in Gardevoir still. (Perhaps too good considering that she’s already setting her up with potential dates.)
Samurott not only faces being a foreigner in the ranks, but one that’s typically lifted higher than the knights through those ranks. They’re not only xenophobic, but they’re jealous to boot.

By any chance, were you part of the original GX sub-translation team back when it used to be all over anime sites before Crunchyroll subs took over? The ones with the monster names, attack names, and highlighted text for dialogue? I loved your work watching it as a teen growing up, but I got sad when it was no longer found online. I just found your master post about the GX sub! Thank you so much for making the GX anime enjoyable to watch and for keeping true to the original characters!

That sounds like GX_ST's work on GX, which I wasn't a part of but I would help them out here/there, like revising a few of my GX ep scripts when they wanted to release the related episodes for the Duel Select remaster series (I forget if that was the name, but basically it was a proto-remaster where TV-Tokyo/NAS did a poll of fans' favorite duels and re-aired those episodes years back; believe Judai vs Kaibaman [ep 34], Asuka vs Fubuki [ep 60], and Ed vs Saiou [100-101] were some of the GX winners). I did also work off of their translations/scripts for Season 4 during my first go through it, but otherwise, unrelated lol.

Hey, I wanted to ask what kind of pokemon merchandise do you buy for your collection? I scroll through ebay to look for plushies and cards of my favorite pokemon too, so wanted to ask. Also, I don't know if you know this but there are anime Team Rocket cards on there. Like I saw one with them in their ship captain disguise.

Does anyone in the Grass Kingdom have a favorite Fire Emblem Character? You guys give me the feeling of an army that the protagonist gains throughout the game. Would that make Nidoking the protag and Rhydon the retainer?

Hey! I wanted to know which pokemon season had the best art style or animation in your opinion? My mind keeps going back to Johto considering the feel good battles for fun over there and having more character. Especially when it comes to the movies like Ash vs Lisa. Love the little victory dances and how they are having fun over there.
it seems completely unfair to even compare the rest of the show to how good sun and moon is. i admittedly hate journeys so i haven’t been watching to see if it’s kept that level of animation/art quality, but it’s no contest to me as far as everything before that.
going thru my full rewatch w/ my nemesis we were talking about how good ash v. lisa was in m03 and right in the middle of it i was like “man. and pokemon just looks like this all the time now.”
I really loved that addition you did with Liligant by making her a mage dancer. She's like the sleeper unit you pick to train up and become S-tier strong. That's how she comes off to me and her supportive nature gets ton of bonus points from me. Also, I now know where the characters line up with their chosen houses. I'm glad to see Samurott picked the best house and going to end the CEO of Racism. Too bad Typhlosion is in Blue Lions. The ship keeps meeting obstacles like in the story!
Lilligant is one of best characters! Skillful dancer with budding magic was such an irresistible idea. I love her gentle and supportive nature, but I adore the courage she shows when her friends need her most, and she’ll contend with anyone for them.
Samurott deals with some racism and xenophobia from others, so he seemed like the most natural fit to the Golden Deer. Typhlosion, while he could be recruited to that house, makes more sense starting with the Blue Lions. Such a sad ship; so close, yet so far...
