Oh! She’s from a different story/AU of mine called the Wardens in Time AU!

That fic is about how Arceus sends Akari back in time… and immediately regrets it as literally seconds after a new Evil Team starts making itself known in the present.

With no other Teenage Protagonists available it decides… you know… it’s not like anything actually ever goes on with the Noble and Ride Pokémon and hey, its pretty sure that one warden isn’t supposed to be back in time to begin with.

So it sends all of the Wardens + the Clan Leaders to three different regions (Alola, Unova, Sinnoh) to deal with the Team Legends problem.

Meanwhile Akari has to deal with the frenzies all on her own. (Classic EVTU-Arceus characterization XD).

As for Boss Historia specifically, her backstory is partially a spoiler (motives wise) but! She used to be in a grief counseling group with Emmet and decided to steal the Battle Subway for her grand plans (also spoilers).

Out of all my ocs I like to tease her a lot XD
