Can you give some links or examples that improving minimum wage is going to help? I believe it will, but I also know a lot of people against it bc they think it'll just hike the price of living accordingly and nothing will change (or make things even worse for ppl who don't get a wage increase) and I don't know enough to rebuke it. If you find yourself Struggling or nervous about it, you can use the Trap Bar if your gym has one (way more ergonomical, mix between deadlift and squat) so you don't wreck your back

THANK YOU SO, SO MUCH FOR TELLING ME ABOUT THIS!!!! I had no idea these were even a thing, so I looked this up before I went so I knew what to look for, and thankfully my gym had one! I felt wayyy better about using that and it helped me keep my back straight. U rock. <3
