This upcoming weekend marks my "Big Hero 6" Anniversary, as in it was the first time I watched the film (yes it took me to 2025 to watch a 2014 movie, no surprise there) and got so hooked to it that it still hasn't left my brain. Why? Well, "Immortals" by Fallout Boy is such a bop. And it gave me my #1 favorite Disney villain, Yokai. Love his style and vibe. Kinda like coming out from a horror game. A preview:
So as you can see I have GIF stuff to post and plenty of other posts so that's coming shortly starting on the weekend.
Despite the movie is over a decade old I'll tag spoilers as BH6 spoilers to spare any friends and followers, who hasn't seen the movie yet, from the more important spoilers. My personal thoughts and comments in tags will also sometimes contain spoilers so I'll put the spoilers tag under there. My GIFs will likely not have the spoilers tag. There will be scenes from the movie but nothing that will reveal anything major... except an epic scene near the ending.
I'm kinda sad that I missed the initial hype train when it was still new. I tend to be late to the bandwagon, same thing happened with Dreamworks' "Monsters vs Aliens". Hope it's not too late with this one. I have lots of thoughts and feels to share, particularly about Yokai and why he's such a favorite (which are major spoilers that will be tagged).
Maybe I will also post a very late movie review, but that hasn't been determined. Sometimes it's hard for me to put feelings into words, especially when it's a jumbled mess of thoughts and feelings and there's a chance the text will be very long that people have no time or patience to read all of it. XD But we will see.
