Headcanon: Finn and wisps.

Finn isn't a mage, the best he can do is a card trick or some sleight of hand. But, for some reason, he and wisps are equally curious about one another. Not knowing how spirits, especially wisps, interact with the world, he often tries to feed them by sharing some of his crackers (which doesn't work), or tickling them. They emit a soft happy noise and seem to wrap around his finger, so he thinks they like it.

There's one in particular that follows him around whenever he's in the Fade. This one he named Jon, after his only friend on his father's ship. Jon is often seen floating around Finn's head and sometimes resting in his pocket.

When alone and needing some downtime, Finn will be found in the music room playing the guitar to some wisps. He noticed they enjoy the sea shanties the most... or maybe they just like that Finn is happy when playing that sort of music.
