Me: I think you should do this.
Character: But I'm feeling that I should do that.
Me: No I really think for the story that you would do this.
Character: No, really I think I know what is best for myself. I'm going to do it my way.
Me: But I'm the one writing you.
Character: And you're the one arguing with a fictional character in your head but I'm still doing it my way.
Me: Fine but see what I do with your happy ending.
Character: Oh, I'm shaking in my imaginary designer boots.
