fc: addison rae age: 19 birthday: september 16th, virgo year: first siblings: none sexuality: heterosexual profession: dancer relationship status: single, but crushing on garrett backstory/secret: she married at 18 to a man a few years older than her. she always had the dream of being a young mum and having a family as soon as she left high school and she thought she had that. they moved down south to the coast and everything was perfect until her husband started to become possessive and abusive. she wasn't allowed out, or to see anybody and she actually miscarriaged during their year together. camila made a run for it just before she turned 19 with the little money she had left. she's been living in the motel belonging to the bakers ever since. career: a dancer, she got into st judes after a friend helped her apply and realised she loved dance. at the moment, she’s dancing on imogen’s tour with florence.  friendship circle: florence, ivy and carmen potential crushes/people who have caught his eye: garrett 

CHARLEIGH DAVIES  TW: ARSON 

fc: zendaya coleman age: 24 birthday: january 30th, aquarius year: fourth siblings: none sexuality: lesbian profession: actress relationship status: single backstory/secret: charleigh originally lived in the USA with her family in new york. she’s from a pretty wealthy background with both of her parents being lawyers and was accepted into liberty which was probably the biggest achievement of her life. however, she got into huge controversy after one of the professors sexually assaulted a close friend of hers and charleigh refused to stay quiet. on halloween, she posted a firework through his door which of course erupted and set his home alight, seriously injuring his wife and two children. she transferred to st judes a few weeks after, too scared of getting caught. she now lives with her aunt. career: actress, she’s already making waves in the industry and has quite a few gigs lined up.  friendship circle: mainly just ramona, zara, danny, dom, ros, the euphoria cast basically potential crushes/people who have caught his eye: ramona, heidi, mallory & bella

ELOISE CALLOWAY 

fc: elizabeth olsen age: 27 birthday: 8th may year: sixth siblings: amber, felicity, lacey & zara calloway sexuality: heterosexual profession: actress relationship status: very lowkey seeing hunter, she wants to keep it quiet because she's not sure about him if she's being honest. he definitely broke her trust and she knows how possessive he is, but he was her first love and unlike the other guys she’s been involved with - he’s proven he won't give up too easily/has loved her longest.  backstory/secret: growing up with anthea as a step-mother has always put eloise as separate and below her sisters. she was never allowed to join in properly with them or share experiences like mother-daughter shopping trips. she’d often watch the other four do things without her and always felt like the spare part. she’s so desperate to be loved and wants people to see her for who she is, not constantly turned away or treated as an after thought to the others. career: an actress, her career is ever-growing  friendship circle: no one specific rn  potential crushes/people who have caught his eye: hunter, nero, garrett

HENSLEY HALSTEAD-WEST  TW: HIT AND RUN

fc: jailyne ochoa age: 23 birthday: october 2nd year: third siblings: maria castillo sexuality: heterosexual profession: model  relationship status: single, but seeing jiseok.  backstory/secret: like all of the girls from her family, vanessa moved to the springs from cuba for better opportunities. however, unlike her cousins and sister, she never actually got into the academy. too passionate to leave the school and go back to cuba, knowing she’d have to go back to living in near poverty, vanessa lied about getting in and sneaks herself into lectures and classes. the only things she can’t do is sit exams or go to official events (like fashion shows) because obviously she’s not registered. career: a model, she's starting to book jobs this year. friendship circle: none lol potential crushes/people who have caught his eye: jiseok

YULIA HERNANDEZ 

fc: alexa demie age: 21 birthday: december 7th, sagittarius year: second siblings: none sexuality: heterosexual  profession: actress relationship status: single, but on and off with park. backstory/secret: yulia comes from mexico. she and her parents crossed the border into california when she was a young girl and her parents worked multiple jobs to keep them afloat. they always wanted what was best for yulia but it was never quite good enough. she wanted luxury and glamour. she was obsessed with being famous and wealthy and knew that southern california wasn't going to give it to her. she applied to every single talent academy on the globe and got accepted at st judes. knowing she’d need money, she also agreed to be a live in nanny to a rich family in VS which she pretends are her own. career: acting, going to start developing it more!  friendship circle: the new it girls but she doesn't like them all LOL potential crushes/people who have caught his eye: park mainly but her options are open

BACK STORY

after all of the trauma and stress kendall and mason went through to start a family, their children were royally spoilt when it eventually happened and that’s most evident in peter carmichael. on the surface he looks like a mini-mason; blonde hair, sapphire eyes and a generally dreamy aura to him but he’s anything but. peter’s entitled and the word “no” definitely hasn’t been let into his vocabulary as much as it should’ve.  he was undoubtedly the most popular guy in his year group at gallagher and even though he was a smart kid, he knew hardwork wasn’t necessary for him. all people had to do was look at his last name to realise they should probably give him what he wants. this didn’t happen for getting into liberty though. he was originally rejected; along with diamond bridge, the royal sulayman, st judes and gold coast - all of his top choices. the only one he got into fair and square was willow house and that wasn’t going to happen. however, after mason making a few calls and signing a few checks, peter was off to nyc. nobody knows that too.

PETER’S STORY

peter definitely hasn’t learnt his lesson from high school. now he’s bought his way into liberty, he’s usually spending more time partying, living the high life in the city and being not completely faithful to his girlfriend. he’s been lucky so far and it hasn’t caught up with him, but luck can only get you so far, right?

CHRISTMAS PLANS (DECEMBER RP)

for christmas to work properly, all characters HAVE to be living in violet springs for it to work so this is where mine will be staying/their christmas season plans once the academies close for christmas. 

BRETT

it’s unlikely dallas will be in town, but he’ll be staying in their old flat. at this point, he’s pretty used to spending the holidays on his own. it’s only really been the past year with ally where he didn’t.

THEA AND JUDAH

they’d be killed if they didn’t go home to their parents for christmas anyway. i can imagine blake and christelle having plans for nearly every day in december and i feel like they have very family orientated, fun and crazy holidays.

PETER 

similar to thea and judah, but more out of obligation :’) i think he enjoys coming home though and doesn’t have THE WORST relationship with mason and especially kendall, i feel like he’d have time for her.

ETHAN

at home with imogen, nate and emmett. i feel like he definitely doesn’t go with them to like disney’s house or anything like that on christmas and probably just sloths out at home when he’s not out seeing friends. 

AIDEN

back to his mother’s. i feel like he has quiet christmases and will probably just find a holiday job to tide him over.

ROWAN

he loves coming home to annoy his parents. he’ll be on the first flight back to violet springs on december 1st lmao.

NICOLAS

i need to work this out with meg but i imagine him and brielle come home for the holidays and they all do things as a family? they probably see maria and rory and soraya and julian quite a lot during this time too.

JAMES

margo is DEFINITELY NOT in town for christmas ever. i feel like he stays with his grandparents and MAYBE sees jean and harvey? but i feel like they’re not close enough for him to spend most of his time there.

COREY

he lives with tate anyway. i feel like it’s quiet and he’s mainly there because he doesn’t get on with his mum but they’re both chill people, so it’s not like it matters too much.

HUDSON AND BEN

living between disney x brody and kendall x mason. i feel like hudson’s used to it and has probably been with them all for a few christmases though, whereas ben, i feel like going skiing, having the massive gatherings etc. etc. etc. will leave him like “????” but they both enjoy it and have nothing against any of their family.

MAVERICK AND SABRINA

with their parents. christmas isn’t as glamorous as with the carmichael’s but they have good fun and take the holiday seriously. they’ll definitely be around.

JOSIE

she FINALLY goes home to kyle and brielle and i think she just crashes but also puts on a brave face so they don’t worry about her. i highly doubt they’d see any of brielle’s family...even elysia tbh, but they probably do see kyles? i think josie just likes the comfort of being home and not worrying about 100 other things.

LUCINDA

because of how shit all of elysia’s christmases were, i feel like lucinda gets SPOILT. el would pay for her to go shopping, on all of the trips and have all of the best things. elysia and brielle don’t speak because i think brielle would’ve taken issue with just how spoilt lucie is, and elysia would’ve probably been quite harsh on bri about how she wasn’t the one who got abandoned living with their dad, so yeah. definitely not associated with each other anymore.

LAVENDER

she and miles usually live in LA but would come to the springs to stay with patricia and james for the holidays. 1) because miles is lazy and doesn’t want to do anything himself LOL but 2) because i think it’s the main time lavender gets to be around ALL of her cousins and aunts and uncles, so they’d never miss it.

YASMINE

similar situation to brett! yulia’s not around so she’ll be home alone and probably try her best to make the best of it/visit friends where she can. i feel like yulia would feel obliged to see her on christmas day but would dip again lol.

DELILAH

usually eloise keeps her away but since she’s reconnected with her sisters more, she’d take delilah into the springs to visit all of her cousins but not her grandparents. they’d probably share their time evenly between zara’s house, felicity’s house, lacey’s house and amber’s...but would probably sleep at lacey’s just because it’s just lacey and harley so there’s more space for them?

CALLIE

rory and maria definitely have things planned for her! she’d spend time with both sides of the family and being an only child, i feel like she lowkey loves having the attention from both parents. but yeah! another one lucky enough to have nice and family orientated christmases.

KITTY

i think her and river live in wales? so i’d have to plot a reason for the four of them to be in st judes this christmas...maybe visiting grandparents? i’ll work it out with synn!

BACK STORY

the typical, popular guy in school. ethan was always in the right crowd, hanging around with the right people and getting all of the usual perks that popular kids did. he and addy were the ‘it’ couple back in gallagher but it quickly became no real secret that he wasn’t the best to her.  ethan’s pretty good at getting what he wants from people and has never really had to own the consequences to his actions. he was the kind of kid that people prayed didn’t do well in the future but alas, he somehow got himself into liberty academy. 

ETHAN’S STORY

since getting to liberty, ethan’s been all over the insider for dating his fellow student, lottie bradford. he found the perks of being someone already considered pretty successful great and hung in the relationship as long as he could. however, he found her to be demanding and a bit of a control freak and quickly broke it off. what he didn’t anticipate, however, was becoming the star of her popular album ‘red.’ he’s now navigating life post-lottie and a new strand of fame he never really worked for.

PERRIE - an ex girlfriend that he was REALLY serious with, like to the point where they were engaged but they suddenly got cold feet and backed out. it’s awkward. nicolas just avoids her. 

BRIELLE - his half sibling but the “half” doesn’t mean anything. they’re super close and nicolas absolutely loves her. 

JOAQUIN - one of the closer friends he’s made in academia burgundy

OPEN 

a childhood friend who lived close to his grandparents. they used to play out together and were in the same class and stuff. when nicolas moved in with ezra and natalie, but have now reunited again and it’s like things have never changed. they’re still the best of friends.  

someone he met from a musical they did back when they were younger but maybe they’ve grown more into rivals in the theatre world - they’re more like frenemies and very competitive. 

new friends he’s made in spain. i picture a pretty close group who are more like family to one another. 

a fwb keeping his mind off of the almost engagement but they’re actually a bit toxic and messy. they kind of use each other and always drink/aren’t mindful of the others feelings.

hank carmichael (- grandfather of the family, grew up in a wealthy family in london & gained control of his family’s multimillion dollar film company by killing his older brother, who was supposed to take it over.    sylvia carmichael - the daughter of a widowed russian man. she moved to london at 16 to model and was cast in several films from hank’s studio before they met and married.  

PARENTS/AUNTS/UNCLES. 

edwin carmichael - (eldest son) a very successful real estate agent, he came out as gay when he was 14 and was bullied a lot but has refused to not be proud. theatre enthusiast and married jonah when he was 45 & adopted ruby from italy as a baby. 

james carmichael - (second eldest son) an ambitious visionary, a creative and worked with hank from the age of 15 on the film studio. it’s always been his passion but he also got greedy later in life and dabbled in a lot of crime which got out of hand.  jonathan carmichael - (youngest son - written by synn) so how I imagine Jonathan is that he is very strict with Theo, and has held him to the standard of “why can’t you be more like Anastasia and Leo?”  I always imagined he was a bit jealous James was head of the company, and really wanted to be it too. However, I feel like he’s doing what he can to keep a “my life is going exactly how I imagined it” façade, and won’t really voice his frustrations other than with Theo and his wife behind closed doors (important to note this doesn’t mean any form of physical abuse. Only verbal). I feel like he’s kinda excited that Theo is coming around to more acting because it’s closer to what he wanted for him, but he won’t admit to it ofc  hes a bit salty with Theo for not wanting to marry Margaret even though that’s what HE wanted, like with brody and Disney and Kendall and mason. elizabeth carmichael - (oldest daughter) she got married incredibly young to the man hank pushed her towards and it was toxic from the get-go. when she fell pregnant, he left her and she spent all of her twenties as a single parent raising marcus. she’s now the cool rich aunt. 

cynthia billings - (youngest child) also married the man she was pushed towards - an owner of a successful restaurant chain - and it worked out like a fairytale. they live in lilac heights. cynthia is a complete disney adult and proud, basically a big kid. 

SIGNIFICANT OTHERS

patricia carmichael - (wife of james) she never wanted to marry james in the beginning but her dad, who was the governor of new hampshire at the time, knew hank and thought it was a brilliant idea. she’s artistic, passive, quiet, idealistic and the calm to james’ bold and abrupt nature. she grew to love him and lived most of her life in his shadow.

(sam claflin)  anastasia carmichael (28) - (oldest of james, played by zoë) - driven and intelligent, business-minded and has a great eye for fashion. never wants to disappoint her parent or grandparents but has recently divorced her husband, ryden banks. (elsa hosk) iris billings (27) - (second oldest of cynthia) - worked as a fashion journalist in los angeles for the longest time & was constantly made to feel less than because of her body and size. at 26, she threw in the towel and ditched city life for the east coast. she now lives in her grandparents hamptons holiday home and is starting a fresh. (nicola coughlan)  leonardo carmichael (27) - (second oldest of james, played by katie) - leo’s the oldest son of james and often put on a pedestal because of it. he was raised to be an all-rounder and has the typical mindset of a carmichael man. however, unlike his younger brother, he often fails to meet the extra expectations on his love life and avoids settling with the girl his parents want for him. (chad michael murray)  marcus carmichael (27) - (son of elizabeth) - elizabeth’s child. despite their money, he grew up seeing the heartache and crap his dad put her through and became hardened through that. he also did a lot of underhand and shady jobs for james, landing him in jai once or twice. (bill skarsgaard)  hayley billings (26) - (third oldest of cynthia) - hayley started living with a boyfriend none of her family approved of when she was 16. he was 42. she dropped out of school and worked at his bar in london, cutting of the rest of the family when they objected. her boyfriend - shocker - turned out to be a piece of shit and majorly abusive. 10 years later, she’s escaped him and has plucked up the courage to move back home and is reconnecting with the family. (victoria pendretti)  mason carmichael (26)  - (third oldest of james) - mason’s artistic and on the more introverted side of the family. even though he’s praised in his own way, he’s always felt like he needs to be more like brody and leo. his love life is definitely in the spotlight just as much as his projects. (austin butler)  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- brody carmichael (25) - (fourth oldest of james) - the product of being raised on “masculinity”. in high school, he was a sports star, he’s always been a charmer and never learned how to lose. people would call him a mini-leo but it quickly became clear who the real favourite was when he made his relationship with disney official. despite the aggressive drinking problem, it’s been hard for any of his siblings to impress their parents quite as much. (zac efron)  marie billings (24) - (fourth oldest of cynthia) - her mothers daughter, a lover of fantasy, magic and romance and never wants to grow up. she works as a primary school teacher & adores it. yet, she struggles to actually date/branch out like most do. her expectations and daydreams of romance are more fulfilling than the real thing to her. (sophie turner/saorise ronan)  ruby rosini (23) - (edwin’s daughter, played by nadine)   miles carmichael (22) - (second youngest of james) - cynical, sarcastic and the self-proclaimed black sheep of the family. miles is massively introverted and the least enthusiastic about any family gathering. last year he found out he isn’t james’ biological son and has felt disconnected ever since. (hero finneas-tifin) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------betty billings (21) - (fifth oldest of cynthia) - betty simply hates the idea of having to work. she’s dramatic and extroverted and the family’s kim kardashian. she has star quality, for sure and a ton of charisma. she’s a shop-a-holic and people struggle to get her to do anything else. (olivia holt)  bella carmichael (19) - (youngest of james, played by nadine) - bella is the youngest child of james and has burnt out. after being thrown into ballet, sports, tutoring and every other class you can imagine from the age of 4, she’s done with teachers and being an over-achiever. bella hasn’t been herself since her dad’s “death” but is very good at hiding it to the point where everyone thinks she’s doing amazing. (anna bruevla/katherine newton/elle fanning)  hadley billings (18) (twin, youngest of cynthia) - hadley is the oldest of the billings twins by five minutes. he’s vegan and an animal lover and very interested in politics. he is an anti-carmichael man in the sense that he shows more than anger, saddness and horniness in his emotional range. very gentle and arguably the nicest cousin. (ross lynch)  freddy billings (18) (twin, youngest of cynthia) - freddy is the youngest and also the brightest of the bunch by far, to the point where an IQ test dubbed him a genius at just 7. he was put into all sorts of competitions and given all kinds of scholarships. but because teachers and adults love him so much, he’s also a little shit, the definition of a class clown. he doesn’t work hard to achieve, he just does and that’s what annoys people the most.
