In a scenario where Demure is kidnapped for whatever reason, Sorto goes on a quest of vengeance.

I wanted to draw a comic of how Demure asked Sorto out for the first time and nearly broke the man (and me). Sorto also had a tendency to turn invisible when he was too embarrassed to function. Very big scary killer monk yes.

Demure is @kromitar's character and they also DM'd the game Sorto met Demure in.

I've been doing Kiss Art February, in which the theme is classical paintings! It's been super fun to do, since I don't need to figure out what to draw, just who to draw! All of these will be very loosey goosey, done not perfect etc. I can always finish them later. I'll be posting these in batches of four!

Some before and afters from here

Some context for these:

1. This would be the case of what I call Monastery AU, where Sorto never left the monastery he grew up in and was indoctrinated and became lot harsher and conservative.

2. Best day is obviously with his husband, Demure, just cuddling in bed all day. The worst day is when Sorto was excommunicated from the monastery for having an intimate relationship with another acolyte. Both of them were forced to choose to either stay in the monastery and not be close to each other ever again, or choose the love they had and leave. Sorto chose love but his boyfriend, to Sorto's horror, chose the monastery and Sorto was forced to leave.

3. This is truly an AU, but if Sorto did become a god, I would imagine he would either take over Savras (his current god) or enlighten so profoundly he would reach godhood.

4. Present day AU. Sorto would wake up cold sweat after YEARS since the incident, after a nightmare of this specific moment.
