Yesterday was the first day of opening the new restaurant-bar, Pantry by Ken, which my mother started together with her business partner. The place is located in Soi Charan Sanitwong 79, with a second floor dedicated to karaoke.
In the morning, we invited monks to bless the space for a good beginning. The shop officially opened at 5 PM as usual, and customers kept coming steadily throughout the evening until close to midnight, when we finally wrapped up.
The first day was quite hectic, many things were still unfinished and everyone was still settling into the flow. Still, I truly hope the business will grow smoothly from here on.
