I wanted to melt the butter

Okey so I accidentally put the butter in the batter and didn't realize it wasn't fully melted, therefore butter chunks. My solution was to heat up my metal mixing tool and melt it like u do with ice cream

Apparently

Butter, egg, and water mixed together are mildly flammable 😳

We don't speak abt how some mix got on the grate over the flame and we have some extra firepower from that setting on mild fire too
