Mort Meskin was reportedly part of the crew (including legends Jerry Robinson & Charles Biro) that produced a 64 page "Daredevil" comic for Lev Gleason over a weekend during one of the worst snow storms in New York City history. At one point, Bernie Klein was sent out for food, coming back with two gallons of milk & a dozen eggs, which they cooked on the studio floor.

It would soon reach over a million in sales, becoming one of the most successful comics of all time.
