yes i'm a HUGE danny/mindy shipper. i felt like casey was so immature and his and mindy's relationship went so fast. it's cool that you like them though!
I probably just like Anders Holms too much for my own good (ever seen Workaholics?), so I dug them. He made Mindy really happy and I really loved them together. And to be honest I hate the whole will they/won’t they thing and making two opposite sex leads end up together. Mindy/Danny are such a wonderful brotp that I feel any romantic connection ruins them. I value good friendship way more than a romance, as I felt their comedic value (and Mindy Project is first and foremost a comedy) was in their mismatched bff adventures. I just hate it when great brotps are pushed together as an otp and drained from all the awkward banter into a cute/cheesy moments. I hated when it happened in Bones, I can’t get into New Girl as much anymore and it ruined a lot of great chemistry friendships for me. I don’t know, maybe I’m a sucker for platonic, but I hate how romance is taking both leads and consumes them, leaving not much for the non-shippers.
