So I am guessing that all of these shots under here that were left in the teasers & trailers are in the last episode of Season 4; episode 8 called "Que Sera, Sera" ?
Unless I am wrong about some of these, the majority of these shots have absolutely not been seen before this season AND are not going to be part of the next episode "Metanoia", most likely.
Since it's taking place in New York with the conflict that will happen there at the Hosts' City and The Tower. (The wardrobe of some characters like Host-MiB and Halores gives it away) While here it seems to be taking place at the Hoover Dam which was "bought" by Host-MiB in the very first episode but never appeared again. Someone has opened up a doorway to the Sublime there, most likely Halores but I don't remember or have no idea what she wants to specifically do with it. Of course, it's still something important for her to acquire and have for her plans and future given what IT is but what she wants to do with it specifically, again I have no idea or dont remember.
Especially so many years after having bought it. Then again, Bernard is heavily foreshadowed, hell we were even told he is going to die for his path to work so... & he has the keys to the Sublime too. If Halores gets a hold of it, who knows what she might do with it.
There's only this one shot of clearly Christina's eye looking at what seems to be Dolores's house in Westworld, but I have a suspicion it might be a shot in the finale episode actually because it doesn't feel like Christina is and will be at the point to be able to confront something like that yet in the next episode. She still has some things to go through before arriving to whatever THIS is. Though it could still be in "Metanoia" in a way.
Anyway, I don't have any particular more complex theory about the plot of this episode only that the title clearly references the popular song, mostly known becaisr of Doris Day which translates in "Whatever will be, will be" and seems to hint at, to me, that Bernard's mission and his path to save humanity, hosts and the world may not go as he thought it would.
We've been shown many times in the show that trying to control something or make something happen a certain way, especially in Season 3, never really works or at least not in the way people think it would. It always blows into the people who wants to do that. No matter how good their intentions are.
But yeah, I really have no specific idea about how it's going to end. It's the unknown for me which is very interesting because I always have a theory or thoughts about something somehow. Here I have barely anything so go ballongaz Jonathan & Lisa!
