It's not that easy to just quit alcohol .3. if you were already alcoholic, you should at least drink a cup once a week. Sometimes is dangerous completely leaving it if you were already drinking it all the time

yeah i know, but im scared if i have a drink i’ll just get drunk again. maybe i’ll get out and buy something i dont like, idk a beer or something if i get bad shakes. 

i still have alcohol in my body from last night though, hopefully i dont get too sick later. 

and i cant ask for help because nobody irl knows and i dont wanna out myself
