happy wednesday, everyone! just needed to give a quick update on myself/loyal for you all:

there will NOT be a new update for loyal posted tonight. as you may or may not have noticed i’ve been pretty inactive on here the last fews days, due to several reasons, mainly that i am working on some home renovations and haven’t had much free time to pop in.

in addition, i’ve been going through some personal stuff the last few days and just have not been in a good headspace to write. it’s nothing serious and i’m okay, just dealing with some stuff that’s put me in a bit of a funk. my room is also pretty much torn apart at the moment because of the house stuff, so i don’t even have a nice space to just sit down and write and take my mind off of everything, which is what normally helps me when things are rough. it sucks that i’m dealing with some shitty stuff right when the comeback is happening

rather than rushing through and putting out something that probably wouldn’t be my best work, i decided to take the week off to give myself a bit of a mental break. i know many of you look forward to wednesdays for the update, so i am very very sorry if i’ve disappointed you :( but i really just am not in a good place and need to take a little bit of a breather and get things sorted out. trust me, it hurts me just as bad to not be putting out the chapter tonight. it’s always my favorite part of the week.

but- i PROMISE part 9 will be up next wednesday!you’ve all been so supportive and kind to me over these last few weeks, and i’m beyond grateful for that, so i hope you can understand my situation. you will not be left hanging!! i love you all so much💖✨

i’ve been super crazy busy so i haven’t had much time to get on here and answer asks, let alone READ anyone’s stuff so i wanted to wait until i did to answer this. here are some of my favs right now!! i believe some of them are ongoing atm (??) but they are the ones i am keeping up with currently or stand out as my all time favorites

howdy everyone, just wanted to give a quick update before we get any later in the day-

part 6 of loyal is in the works (i promise) but will NOT be posted today. over this past week i finished up my spring semester, so i had several finals to take, a lot of assignments to turn in, not to mention my kyoong day post took up quite a bit of the limited free time i had. i’m just exhausted and barely have had any time to write. i was going to stay up all night last night to finish part 6 (i even drank a can of coffee at 2am after i preordered delight because i was planning on just not sleeping and getting the chapter done) but this story and you all deserve better than a caffeine-fueled half-assed chapter!! i don’t like to rush my writing. when i do, i always know that i can do better and i hate that feeling. i like having the upload schedule because it stops me from procrastinating, but this week it just wasn’t realistic to get it all done. so, after this week the schedule will be the same as usual on wednesdays.

SO moral of the story is part 6 WILL be up very soon, just not at its regular day/time. either thursday or friday, i will let y’all know. i know many of you look forward to wednesdays to read loyal, and i love you so much and appreciate your support more than you can imagine, so i just want to put out the best work that i can for you!! thank you for understanding💖✨
