Guidelines and Sign Ups

This is a fandom wide event celebrate the holiday season and a great year of fanfiction.

You will be assigned a fellow writer in the fandom who you will write a ‘gift’ for (minumum 1,000 words) based on one or more of the prompts they have put on their ‘wish list’.

You remain anonymous to your gift recipient until the posting period (as below).

RULES

Please submit your sign up using this form, answering the following questions.

Your tumblr username (if you want to use a side blog please provide your sideblog username)

A minumum of three prompts (this will assist with the matching process). Please note these do not have to be holiday themed.

What you are happy to write: e.g. genre, a specific pairing, rating etc.

Anything you don’t write for: no holiday themed prompts, a specific pairing, angst etc.

Also let me know if you are able to be a ‘pinch hitter’. These content creators will be called on if there is a ‘drop out’ from the secret santa and we need someone to sub in to make sure everyone gets a gift.

Closing date for sign ons is 15th November 2019 12.00am EST.

Once sign ups have closed assignments will be sent in the week ending 22nd November 2019.

Gift posting will begin December 24th and will end December 31st EST , please do not post your gift before these dates.

Please tag your giftee once your gift is complete and send them a message letting them know you have posted their gift. Tag your post with charmedcwsecretsanta2019 so that it can be reblogged on this blog. 

Please only apply if you have the time to commit to creating a gift by the above dates, we don’t want poeple missing out on a gift.
