It's so funny how we come up with these rationalizations, excuses and expectations. It's human nature to want things to be a certain way, our mind doesn't know any better than to create. But when the reality of a situation occurs, we are so let down and reject it because its not what our brain allowed us to set as factual. But, when you really sit back and look at the reality and start to appreciate it, it is the most beautiful thing in the world, it even makes our fantasy look trivial. Life has a funny way of showing its true colors to us, and it takes us forever to get into the loop, but when we arrive oh how wonderful it is.
I guess what I'm rambling about at 3 am right now is, don't fret. Nothing will ever match up to our expectations, and they really aren't supposed to. Just live and cherish and everything will shimmy into place.

so, the podcast was supposed to launch today but Mother Nature took her bitchery out in Texas and Devin is without power! we planned to record and upload today, but since he is without power (and we will live in different states haha) it will be uploaded tomorrow! Can't keep us down! woo!
