“at least your patients won’t be able to talk back,” there is a slight whine laced in kendrick’s words as they drawl from his lips, a disgruntled expression finding his face at the sheer thought of the amount of people he would be dealing with in his future. he looks away from the book that was settled in his lap, allowing himself to focus in on his roommate as they speak to each other for the first time within the past hour or so of silent studying, “they won’t whine or complain about your knowledge or threaten to sue you. or-- at least that’s what all the tv dramas show. which i’m sure is accurate enough to be true.”
