With Brandon taking care of the goats and hay sales for a few days I am at home feeling guilty about not following the docs orders to exercise. Last summer I switched from elliptical and weight training to my own exercise program. I call it the "work your ass off program". Throw hay bales, sets of 250. Chase goats, ducks ands llamas for 15 miles.
