MUST SEE SHOW: CHASING FLAVOR
We had some time off together today so we watched all 6 current 1/2 hour episodes on HBO and it was an absolute joy. It’s fun, educational, emotional, and Carla is brilliant. It was so fun to watch her travel the world to get to the roots of these dishes that now I want to watch every other cooking show she has been on and buy her cookbooks. Loved every moment! If you don’t know the history, you don’t know the dish!
