My biggest distractions from study are my desire to go to the gym and my desire to eat.. Luckily the gym desire is winning today
Compliments make it worth the sweat
I had a 21st last night with heaps of people I haven't seen in a long time and quite a few people commented on how good I am looking. I LOVED that they weren't commenting on me being skinnier but rather that I look fit and strong. Its little things like this that motivate me so much.

Feeling awesome after my hump day workout!. Did a little extra cardio to make up for the birthday cake I ate last night.
Making my boyfriend come sleep over so that when he gets up at 5:30 to go to work he can pull me out of bed for an early morning run! Weigh in and measure for personal training tomorrow... Hoping for some decent change :)
Question.
does targeting specific areas of the body with strength training on different days lead to better results? At the moment I separate strength training into upper body, lower body and core - should I separate it even further?
