Ignoring the fact that I've asked this before, is it possible to make webshooters. Asking for a friend. It's me, I'm the friend.
Yes it is possible to make web shooters to some degree. The problem is you need a fluid that is able to be to sustain the correct strength and durability required. So far there has been no element on the periodic table that you could combine, which would match the strength and durability that a spider’s has. Think how tiny a spider is, you need to produce a matter that would scale to the level in which we’d need for it to support a human.
If you can invent a super-long-chain polymer that is technically a fluid but can be compressed into a near solid by being forced into a pressurized capsule or cartridge, then when released under its own pressure and is aerated becomes a tensile adhesive you could…but then delivery system would not be unfeasible.
You’d need an incredibly high PSI to be able to project the webbing over the height and distance needed. I believe Peter uses carbon to give added PSI upon firing. So, not in our world Jerbear, maybe one day if we progress our space travel and are able to discover new elements. Sorry big bro.
