HA! Well, the mud pie phase was harrowing but that was years and years ago.
Most recently Chauncey burnt some chocolate-mint cookies BAD. Bless him. I was a good sport, Linus did his best, but Talia tried one and loudly pronounced “These are ASS!” and let me tell you I had to work hard not to laugh. I don’t even know who taught her that.
(We’ve had to get on them about language more than usual lately. These teenaged years are no joke.)
