i think you're very rational and coherent if that's the definition for sane as opposed to insane. i don't know if you're comfortable calling your experiences hallucinations or prefer other terms but i don't think hallucinations/similar experiences mean someone is insane, so i don't think you are insane

i agree i think "insane" is a p empty descriptor that exists mostly 2 hurt ppl... like i guess u are "insane" in that u experience some things that are considered aberrant by psychiatry but i also think ur capable of making v insightful observations & analyses abt the world & ur place in it which some ppl would say is the opposite of being insane

insane is a word that ppl use to mean a lot of things and i feel like a lot of those judgements are fake or exist to b unkind but insane as in like "grounded" id guess i see u as pretty down to earth and aware?

I've been teaching a math program to about half of our students and I automatically assumed this was a word problem

chayah needs to buy grocies for a hanukkah party they are hosting. they need to make enough latkes to feed about 15 people. assuming that chayah is a broke jew, how many pounds of potatoes can they buy before having a panic attack? you may neglect friction and assume that chayah’s tears behave as a newtonian fluid. show all work.
