Alright, you guys wanted to see more of my OCs and I wanted to do more of these short comics, so here you you! :D I don't post about my characters often, but most of you probably know Taylor (Golden Retriever) already. However, I decided to focus on a character I didn't before: Chayene (Jack Russell Terrier/Dalmatian)! This isn't much, but my plan was to show a bit more of her relationship with Taylor (I just LOVE when characters are exes) and sexuality.

But PLEASE, this isn't me trying to say that every aroace person feels or thinks this way. Everybody is different and this is just how Chayene feel about herself - that is also inspired by how I feel (even that I'm not sure if I'm aroace, idk, I didn't think much about this yet).

Now, if you're curious about what they're doing in the first page and want more worldbuiding lore, I'll translate a message I sent to my friend:

Fish are like "fishermen" in their world. Taylor and Chayene are going to the lake to deliver agricultural products to them in exchange for money (as Taylor is unemployed, his dads' farmer friends call him for services like this). These coins that the fish are giving them have a much greater value in the land environment, it's as if they were receiving them in dollars so they have to exchange them for their currency. Taylor gets, like, one of those coins.

Foi difícil escolher um esmalte que eu não desapego. Amo todos os meus vidrinhos, mas resolvi aproveitar que esta novela que eu tanto amo está em reprise para usar o esmalte em homenagem a Chay. :)

Well, a good way to start is saying that she's actually Taylor's (Golden Retriever) sister. Taylor has two biological siblings, but he has no idea of this because they all got adopted by different families when they were puppies. Taylor grew up in a very nice dog family, which his dads always supported him and his dream of becoming a famous musician. Let's say that Rusty wasn't as lucky. But you would never imagine that because she's very good keeping her whole life as a secret. She just appears at places, goes away and disappears until next time. She prefers things this way. Spot knows her mostly of his life and only now he's starting to suspect she might be homeless. But he's not sure. She laughs when he asks about it. About her personality, she's surely a dog just like her brother. She's loud, cheerful and never takes things seriously. It might be a problem to some people, but she's a perfect match to Chayene's (the dog in the second slide) energy. They're great friends and Rusty always goes visit the dog themed coffee shop Chayene works at. And the last slide is showing how she and Spot met. Since that moment she promised herself that she would make that stupid goose's life as bad as she could. She's always teasing him and making sure to be better than him at everything (he does the exact same thing). But if anyone dares to be a little mean to Spot she'll be the first one to growl and defend her friend.
