“They’re really big on ‘respect’ down there. It’s Old World philosophy, or something. I always ask after WHERE the traditions come from, but everyone’s so happy with the notions of it that they just respond ‘It’s always been this way’.”
As the sealed door behind her was remotely unlocked and opened, the young scribe had her back to the bunker and her eyes on her newest friend. This was EXACTLY what the rest of the Brotherhood needed. An injection. An infusion of life from the outside; someone with treads in their boots formed from walking from end to end of all that remained of creation. They needed Six!
She was going to help her family crawl out of the dark and back into the light. That thought made her so giddy, so... unusually lightheaded, that she almost had a skip in her step!

“So, for people that are initiates or lower on the totem?” With a respectful gesture to Six given. “You’re supposed to bow to everyone of a higher rank than you. It’s a respect thing. There are a lot of people down there who are very archaic in their beliefs, and very well-armed in pursuit of protecting those beliefs. So, for good measure, just bow to everyone you see. And when we get to Elder McNamara, you should fully kneel until he tells you to rise.”
Complete with a BIG thumbs up. No, TWO thumbs up! One natural, and the other coated in metal and a tiny bit of viscera for @cheatdeaths. This was going to be very good, one way or the other.
