ok but here me out ok , , ,, ,, kate and ky separating and meeting up again when ky is pulling and for the first time, she nearly Freezes :’)

her body shakes , trying to fight against whatever that hellish queen had done to her and while she may have accepted it in her mind , her body would not let her give up. ‘ d – don’t , ’ blood splatters from her mouth landing amongst the dirt , staining this land and this land would become cursed. A FALLEN GODDESS would curse this land as she bled out , dying for her people , her people were not only culebra’s , her people were human as well , her people were innocent and pure. like she was , once upon a time. it was a slow , agonising , pain that took over her body , a loud sob rips from her chest. ‘ don’t let what she done ruin you. ’ it comes out as a groan , eyes squeezing shut while pain races through her body once more. it was her plan to show amaru what a real queen looked like instead the demon from xibalba had seen a goddess , an unmerciful wrathful goddess. amaru was dead , while the goddess was dying with no magic cure all to save her and for a second , she wondered if she had really won the fight at all?
BUT SHE SAW SUNLIGHT , kate fuller , rushing towards her and it was suddenly so clear. she had won. an innocent life was saved , countless innocent lives would be safe because of her sacrifice. it was a bittersweet ending ; she had only become a goddess , a goddess of her own image and not something twisted like malvado called a goddess , and her first and only act as a goddess was her sacrifice. would they still pray to her? maybe , wherever she was going , she would be able to hear those prayers from fallen lips in this world. maybe , she would go home and be with her family once again. eyes droop , a body falling apart as her knees buckle making her body fall towards the cursed land and no one catches her as she falls , she lays there staring at the blood covered dirt. all her life , she had only wanted freedom and maybe this was it. freedom in death , finally she would no longer fight and she could rest. she was so tired , exhausted even. always at war with herself , haunted by her past and trying to fit into a world that was too different.. maybe this was her destiny. all of her suffering , torment and pain , was all inflicted upon her so she would one day rise as a goddess , just to save sunlight.
lying there , her life flashes before her eyes and blue eyes burn in her soul. richard , she wishes she had been a little more brave with him. she wishes for more time , even just a few seconds to tell him that she did love him and death would not demolish her love for him. and then … a gasp breaks out , her body jolts only for a second , tears staining her gentle features before the fallen goddess lets death take her into its embrace.
