Let me start off by saying that to say this has been an amazing experience would be an understatement. I need to thank the Bille for this opportunity and Alyson, Andrea, and the amazing people at the Waystation for giving me this opportunity! This is definitely one of the most amazing moments of my life, and I will always remember it. Okay so lets start. I got to Wildlife Waystation around 9:45ish, we went in and I immediately couldn't believe how wonderful this pass! It's absolutely gorgeous! Alyson opened the gay and let us in. We hugged everyone and they offered us something to drink and we sat down and started talking. Dianna walked in right at ten. I saw her and immediately just cried. I turned away from her and she's like "hi , how are you? Thank you so much." I was still crying to I basically just said "you are one of the most motivating people in the planet, we do this for you, because you inspire us" she was like "I'm gonna cry. Thank you so much." So we did the chest presentation and after that we sat down at the table and we talked about the gifts (the letters, the t-shirts, magnet, bracelet) we got to see Rowdy! He's amazing and adorable and he came up to me like 3 times and I pet him, he was so cute. During all of this dianna was next to me, telling me things and smiling. So I thought after that, that dianna was going to leave. Boy was I wrong! I go "your coming on the tour with us?" And she's like "of course I'm not leaving!" So off we go around the Waystation! Wait till you see the pictures they are amazing! The animals are phenomenal and just so inspiring! So me and dianna walked together like best friends the whole time. We first talked about Arthur and that's when she told me that he had passed due to liver cancer, she told me he died in his sleep. I hugged her super tight and told her that we are here for her always. She smiled and said thank you. She also told me that she's gonna be in LA for awhile unless she gets one of these jobs. She also spoke about Christian and told me that she had been in Miami in November because he was filming a show there. We talked about the weather in LA/Miami, nursing school, work for her, we talked about Ashley Arabian, they've been friends since dianna was 10 years old. She's di's oldest friend. She's glad we like the shoot and she talked about how she loves Claire, and thinks she's uber talented. I talked to her about Quinntana and she was like AHHHH and started laughing and she's like "glee has gone crazy." We spoke about different animals, she told me little facts about the Waystation. We got back to the front of Waystation and we spoke some more and I told her about the Somaly Mam foundation and about how much money we have so far for the organization. She was SO impressed. And she just kept hugging me and I was like "Di if you need anything please tell me or us and we are there for you." She hugged me really close and said she loved me and that the work we are doing is beyond amazing and that she was going to read all the letters! I told her they were from all over and she was like I can't believe it. I told her about the TT and she's like OMG that's amazing and said that Malavita is very violent and that's she violent in it but that she saw it and loved it. She talked about Cambodia and how she felt there and she said it was a sad country but she's glad she made the trip. I didn't talk to her about glee except for the Quinntana part, so I don't know if she'll be on glee again this season. Oh cute little fact, dianna says when she takes pictures too long she makes weird grunting news. I about died. Also she almost fell to and she's like "I won't actually fall, I'll just trip a lot." She left with a big hug and her gifts! And she just grabbed me and said thank you again, gave me a huge hug and told me she was here for me! And said ILY one last time. If I could explain to you how amazing this opportunity was it just wouldn't be enough. We have truly picked the right human to admire and support. She's THE BEST!
